A polytheistic look at king hamlet's ghost

For quite a while we were talking about how The ghost was probably a Christ figure, but, going along with what Shakespeare was doing I'm going to take a polytheistic point of view on it. Very different form the Christians, nearly every polytheistic religion views something coming back from the dead as bad. A dog will come back from the dead to hunt down it's abusive owner. Druids awoke to strike back at lumbermen. The king isn't coming back to warn them, it's returned to threaten them. It's a ghost of something else and it only takes the kings shape to confuse them.
